    Worked, By flash bios using ATIVBFLASH tool and AMD 5700 rom from https://www.techpowerup.com/download. GPU detected correctly and the drivers get installed. thanks @KananX

    Thanks for Response, Im not sure how to flash or how to get the right flash file for this GPU, as there no branding on the GPU, So im not sure the model or Vendor of this GPU.
