I know its an old thread, did you ever find a solution? I've recently baught the b450 Tomahawk Max paired with a Ryzen 5 3600. 70% of the time it hangs on the logo screen at boot. If i keep hitting reset eventually it'll start. But is getting to be a bit of an annoyance.
