Ah sorry then i have misunderstood i this case! Okay i think the only safe way is to just copy all my personal files to the other drive and then install the programs in the new drive from the beginning.

But if I install Atlas OS (https://atlasos.net/) on drive 1, i will have performance increase while gaming. But i will not install this Atlas OS as long as my files are not moved to a safe drive (in this case drive2) Do you have any suggestion how to move them or i can only move my files?
