So i have two monitor, one is lg24gm77 with refresh rate of 144hz and a good response time (less than 1ms) which will be my primary monitor (for gaming and such if u know what i mean) and will be using a dvi cable. My other monitor is a toshiba powertv, which have 60hz and a bad response time...

so let s say i have two different pc with same built except for the CPU (i3 4440 vs amd kaveri a10 7860k). My GPU is gtx 750ti. Both of the CPU will not bottleneck the gtx750ti, but have different processing speed and etc. will it effect gaming perfomance ?
