    if you go to nvidia control center, make sure to select a resolution under PC, not anything else, then choose 144 another post on this had a response with this answer, could work for you too

    Depending on what you want to do with it. It's pretty new so it will last 5 years easy with gaming and productivity, 10 years max if you want to use it as long as possible.
