Hello, I was in MSI after burner looking at my cpu temp and gpu temp when I saw my CPU MHz going up down to 799 then jump up to my over clock at 4.7 . Is this safe for the cpu? It also does the same thing with the voltage. View: https://imgur.com/a/dnb7RMD
