My 4 day old 3060 seems to have randomly decided to only boost up to 1400mhz instead of its regular 1950mhz. It had worked fine for 3 days DDU/fresh latest drivers on Win 11 fully up to date. It happened during World of Tanks. I was in the garage, where the card was boosting regularly at 1900+...
