    Question Deskmat size question

For keyboard and mouse, my 31.5 x 15.5 (or around that) is my go-to.

Question Help With Keyboards & Mice

The Keychron C3 Pro is very good for the price! You can usually find it forunder $30 on sale (full price is $37), and there's also a slightly pricier version that's hot-swappable. It's wired, TKL, 1,000 Hz polling rate, NKRO, pretty solid build though it is plastic.

Question No sound from new wireless headset ?

Have you tried switching between sources (using the switch button — same as the Bluetooth button) and then playing with the audio mixing paddle? I have found that I occasionally need to first switch between sources (so the headset recognizes them? Or something?) before the audio mixing paddle...

Best Webcams You Can Still Buy

I'll admit, I'm not a big fan of the micro-suction pad for anything portable. While I've never felt like removing it would damage anything, it just doesn't seem like it's designed to be moved on and off of a monitor super frequently. When I've used webcams with this type of mount while...

The HyperX Cloud III is solid!! I do like the removable mic, lol — one of the only ways to be absolutely sure you're not... accidentally off mute.

    Question Scrollwheel peripheral?

There are also alternative input devices, such as foot pedals and joysticks, which can be programmed with scroll functions.

Question Hyperx Cloud 3 or Razer Blackshark V2 wired ?

I just reviewed the Cloud III, and I was impressed with its build quality — it's very well-built and it definitely looks and feels more refined and premium than the Cloud II. I think it's a better-looking headset than the wired BlackShark V2 — more sophisticated, anyway. I do think the...

Question Which headphones do you recommend to me?

^^ Sound signature is an important factor! What kind of music do you listen to? What kind of games do you play? Are you looking for headphones that you can travel with, or will you only be using these at home? Will you be using them with multiple devices? Maybe it's easier to ask what you...

Review Mountain Makalu Max Mouse Review: Unnecessary Shapeshifter

It's not so big without the side plates, but with the larger right side plate swapped in it's definitely huge.

Review Logitech Pop Mouse Review: Just a Pop of Color

The wheel does not include sideways or tilt actions, it's just a straight scroll wheel. I can feel you — if it had a tilt wheel, that might work as an alternative to the thumb buttons, but alas!

Question Mouse with buttons between the wheel and LMB/RMB?

The Logitech G502 X Plus (/G502 line in general) has two buttons to the left of the left mouse button (three buttons for your index finger). Or maybe something like the Logitech G300s, which has two buttons to the left of the left mouse button and two buttons to the right of the right mouse...

Review Audeze Maxwell Review: Sounds Incredible. Hope That’s Enough

Well, there's some leeway. The Audeze Penrose and Mobius headsets, as well as the HyperX Cloud Orbit S, have 100mm planar magnetic drivers and have more manageable earcups. However, it is true that the downside to large drivers is that they're...well...large. For many people the superior audio...

Review Audeze Maxwell Review: Sounds Incredible. Hope That’s Enough

The earpads are on the firm side — combined w/the clamping force I would probably not recommend these for glasses wearers. I would go with something lightweight overall, like the Razer Barracuda Pro or the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro. Also, Turtle Beach's ProSpecs glasses feature does seem to...

Agree on the mute function! I love the flip-to-mute, especially with a removable mic.
