I think I might have fixed it. I realised that it started around the time I got a free upgrade to the full version of Avast antivirus.... Just reinstalled it to the regular free version and I think the lag is gone.

About 5 or so days ago I logged into Black Desert online to play like I normally do only to find that my character and the game were lagging every few seconds. I have no FPS drop and no ping spikes, or certainly not high enough to warrant the lag on the game. It feels like I'm playing with...
