i switch my HDMI and DP ,Only HDMI works, My Old Computer can use DP and HDMI at the same time

Yes it was connected with my Graphic Card, i am using DP to HDMI converter to my TV and HDMI cable to my Monitor, still Showing only 1 Monitor, the Other one Not Detected

My Computer had I3 9100F procie and I am Using GTX 1650 Super ,but I cant use Multi monitor , it's only showing 1 monitor, the second monitor is not detected by windows, I am using Acer RG240Y monitor and Samsung TV. i have tried many method but all of them not works
