Ok, was the pc powered on when you bumped it? regardless I would first try reseating the graphics card (physically removing and replacing it). If you arent comfortable doing that i can guide you though it.

The first thing I would try is somewhat inconvenient but i would try reseating (removing and replacing your cpu). sometimes when swapping a cooler the cpu can get jostled slightly out of place and not make a stable connection with the motherboard.

Few questions so I can better help you, did the pc work ok before this happened? do you know the specific model of the gpu/if it has a backplate? I really doubt this would cause the issue especially if your gpu has a backplate.

Niiiice, I think you will love it. If you download a lot of games you may want to add some mechanical storage or another ssd, but that is an easy upgrade. #2 gigs is overkill for gaming, but if you've got the $$ you might as well.

Yeah yeah, it seems like if a cpu downgrade caused a decrease in frames then you may be cpu bottlenecked. I think lowering graphics takes more load off of the GPU, thus making the cpu easier to bottleneck
