I tried manually setting it to 100c and running CB23 but it still triggers bellow 100c

unfortunately my bios doesn't have it. did double checked it to make sure.

Why is it behaving like that isn't it supposed to do that when temps go 100c instead of 90c? I did a full max 10 min run on multi core test on Cinebench 23 The results on Hwinfo show that Core Package maximum temps reached 91C and Core Thermal Throttling / Core Package/Ring Thermal Throttling...
