I prefer to measure it by myself To download something and measure how many kilobyte I download per second then multiply it by 8 to get kbps .... Should I measure that for 5 minute or 10 minutes or only one minute I get different results for 1 min , 5 min , 10 min which one is the real spead...

in chrome setting there is ""ask for location"" from websites so i wonder why websites ask for location !!!!!

Can't they know that from IP ? What is the story ? Thank you
