    Yeah, sorry about that. Which option is it, UEFI or Legacy OpROM? There's no option for USB.

    By placing the windows 7 disc in the external disc drive. The drive turns on once plugged into a usb port, lights come on, it opens, and it spins for a while but then stops.

    Okay, I just did that. Still the same shit. The AMD screen came up, asked to press f1 to enter bios. Then just a blank screen. Turned it off and turned it back on, the Asus screen comes up asking to press f2 or del, regardless of whether I press them nothing happens.

    I should also mention there was no beep on startup. The amd screen came up first, showed ram and processors correctly.

    Using an Asus m5a97 EVO R2.0 motherboard. The asus screen asking to press f2 or delete comes up, but once pressing those keys the screen goes black and nothing happens. My keyboard is plugged in and has led lights on. Thank you for your time.
