Made a huge difference (set with nvinsp) for me, I have been troubleshooting issues with Horizon View, Teams, and Broadcast, which I use daily, and this seemed to do the trick. You can literally see when it took effect.

No problem let me know if we need to do any more testing, this feels like a driver issue and maybe forcing DP 1.4a across when it should recognize what version to use from the monitor. I think mine only support 1.2

This is just windows 8 being dumb. Seriously it does not calculate CPU very well in task manager. Use ADIA64 or Intel XTU to see the actual clock speed.

Speccy just shows it as unknown but AIDA64 shows it as quad, so it was an issue with CPU-Z. Thanks!
