So i have a gtx 660, it has stopped displaying signal as of 2 days ago. It doesnt beep or do anything on post. I need help diagnosing the issue wheather it is the card or not.

So I have in my possession 2 gtx 660s, but when I put both of the cards in the board the sli button will not highlight allowing me to sli the cards. The Motherboard is a Biostar X370GT5. I do know the top pcie slot is 3.0 and the bottom is 2.0. The odd thing is that when i put the cards in one...
