as you can see in title, its a simple question. Is it normal to have 90%-100% cpu usage when you stream? Its not like im lagging or anything i7-7700k

It is still crashing, I uninstalled all drivers and re installed them but I still crash :/

No I dont think I have a registry cleaner but I will try uninstall my drivers with *revo uninstaller* and then I will come back with the news

ok so here is my problem: I can not play a single game except world of warcraft. all games like Player unknowns battlegrounds, or Smite. because it just crashes. sometimes it says "Memory couldn't be readen" and the other time it just pops up a window that says: sorry this crash occuried...
