    What kind of 500w PSU ? depending on which you buy depends on the quality you get, 500w will be enough to power this system but some bad PSU's dont output the full wattage labeled.

    You only said can i replace, that made me think you weren't sure if that was possible not whether it was worth replacing, Which they are not, the fans the cooler come with have a better fan speed and airflow. All in all, they original fans are better.

    Turn down the Fan speed, you should check the noise levels of a fan before buying if this is a factor when buying.
