    It was a drive from my previous pc that has games on, do you think I will have to format it and try? It definitely doesn't have a OS on it but my previous motherboard was Intel chipset.

    I have recently bought an asus rog strix x470-f motherboard. I have a 1tb m.2 that I am trying to add back to my PC.
