    LG's online specs are incorrect. Under general specs, it states the resolution is 1366x768. Then, under resolution it states 1600x900. As you found out, this 1600x900 spec is just plain old wrong.

    I'd suggest that you first update the Nvidia drivers to the latest version. Then, swap out the GPUs. If you have problems, then remove the drivers with DDU and reinstall the drivers.
