I agree with Priva. I'm having the same issues on a GTX 980. Just submit a support ticket to Rockstar and wait it out. All the problems are on their end.

Read my post and you will notice that I stated that I have plugged other USB devices into the same USB ports. None of the cables for my USBs were moved in the process of adding a second hard drive, this is not the issue.
