Hello guys as in the title i need your help i want to overclock my intel cpu but i'am afraid i will damage it and i just wanted to ask how much can my stock cooler handle 200 or 300 mhz ? At least i want it to 3,5 ghz(now it is 3,3 ghz)

Hello guys As i mentioned in the title my computer won't boot after i installed my new ram,even BIOS is not displayed it only appears black screen and only the fans are working,my motherboard is asrock n68-s(http://www.asrock.com/mb/nvidia/n68-s/)it supports 8gb ram,any help will be appreciated.
