GTX650 TI BOOST. I know it's much weaker GPU, but i tested it in older games which are stuttuering with my GTX1060 too and in couple more modern games lags where in the same maner and place. Like in borderlands 3 i have stutter everytime when opening inventory, it's noticeble even on 30 fps...

I tried both. Also, videocard isn't an issue, i tested my pc with different GPU and stutters were still there. My CPU is overheating in aida stress test, but it does'nt overheat in games, usually max 65 degrees. And i have freezes even when CPU is like 50 degrees. So i suppose CPU isn't an issue...

No im not overlocking anything. WDC WD5000LPLX-00ZNTT0 and PLEXTOR PX-128S3C. There were definitely a few stutters. What is strange is that there were no stuttering in Furmark test. I don't know how to properly post results. But that's what i got in the end (my windows is actually 10, dunno wtf...

Hey man, i feel you. Have the same exact issue from the day i bought my PC. My specs are core i7700, gtx 1060 6 gb, 16 ram, and all games i run on ssd. No matter what i tried, sttuters want go away, im starting to think that occasional stutters is a common thing for any pc.
