Update: Probably jumped the gun posting this, ended up removing the CMOS battery + one of my RAM sticks and rebooting it after about 10 mins and everything is working again. Out of curiosity as I'm not 100% on sure on why what I did actually fixed it, was it likely just a BIOS issue and removing...
