ASUS B350 Prime+, getting all 4 DIMMs to work

So I just put a new system together for my son, and gave the Ryzen a try. Very pleased so far, but I was hoping to reuse my 4X4GB Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4-2400 BLS4G4D240FSA.8FARG that I had sitting around. They were originally a quad-channel 16GB X99 kit which I used for a couple of...

Tried Overclocking 980ti, after awhile the clock speed stays very low

That usually means that your OC is not stable.

Tried Overclocking 980ti, after awhile the clock speed stays very low

It sounds like the driver crashed and went into failsafe mode - does the problem persist after rebooting?

Everything oversized when tv is connected to computer as second screen

Go into NVIDIA Control Panel /Set up multiple displays. Select "configure independently" and you should be able to set each monitor to its native resolution.

Radeon R7 240 GPU. Having HDMI Resolution Probelms.

Your TV is probably not true 1080P. A lot of TV's are capabable of 1080P only through automatic downsampling. Try setting the TV for 1366x768, which is probably its native resolution. It could also be 1600x900. If you know the exact model of the Sharp TV, we can find out for sure.

    i7 6700k not turbo boosting.

    The 6700K only boosts to 4.2GHz during single-threaded loads http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/Core_i7/Intel-Core%20i7-6700K.html "4200 MHz (1 core) / 4000 MHz (2 or more cores)"

Low GPU and CPU usage on multiple graphics cards

It sounds like the 4GB RAM is the problem - neither the CPU nor GPU can work to their potential because the system can't keep enough data in main memory.

Should I sell my 980ti for a 1080 or buy another 980ti to sli for $400 CAD

2 980TI's would be faster most of the time, but you'd need a lot of power supply - 1000W really.

    What would you upgrade first?

GPU, CPU, motherboard all at the same time.

Low GPU and CPU usage on multiple graphics cards

The only way that should be happening is if there is an I/O bottleneck. How much RAM do you have?

    is it normal?

That sounds about right for most stress tests - maybe a little high for something like RealBench, just right for XTU or AIDA64 and a little on the low side for Prime 95 small FFT or IBT.

Overclocking my CPU - Framerate issues after.

Your only two logical choices are to live with it for a while and maybe try for a conservative OC at stock or near-stock voltage, or scrap it, sell it, and start over with Intel.

h110 mother board UPGRADE TO Z170A POSSIBLE ?

Ah, OK. Just make sure you get a micro ATX board with that machine's case. If you want to stick with ASUS, there is the Z170M plus. Why are you switching boards anyway?
