I am dumb never installed the cpu correctly it was not fully in the socket... Thanks for the tips everyone

@scout_03 maybe able to test diffrent cpu this weekend, and I'm curious could this be my PSU not being able to supply enough power? Or would the PC turn off in that case?

I checked the pins a few were slightly bent i used tweezer and credit card to get them ligned up again and the cpu appears to fit properly into the socket, and no pins are broken off.

Hi, I installed a new cpu cooler when removung the old cooler the cpu came out with it (it was stuck to the cooler) after a while and using 91% Isopropyl I got it loose. After cleanijg the old paste off I installed the cpu back into the socket (maybe i made a mistake here never done it before)...
