@bmockeg I eventually did change and it went to 5.0GHz easy and I tested with cinebench and RealBench and had no problems. 1.3V - 5.0GHz

Streaming CS:GO with Streamlabs OBS. I have a i7-9700k (Oc'ed to 4.9GHz) 1080 ti DDR4-3200 2x8 For some reason I have a problem with rendering or encoding. I can stream fine and play the game at like 300-400fps BUT i get random flickers and in a sense like screen tearing and I do not know how...

@volkgren @bmockeq I went to Micro Center and one of their reps told me to get a Maximus VI Hero he said it is one of the best boards for overclocking so I went with it. It was a bit pricey and volk you were right, i had to reinstall windows which actually deleted everything off of my SSD...

Also I am looking to stream and game on this PC. What do you believe is a good OC for this system. I do not want to push it insanely hard since it will be used literally everyday for the next year or two.

Also what would be a good benchmark and stress test for this CPU when OC'ed. I've been using RealBench for Stress and Bench tests as well as Prime95, Cinebench, but I'm really not sure what I should be getting as I increase my core speed.

I plan on taking a trip back to micro center and getting a Z370 Prime A Mobo as long as you both believe it is a good motherboard to overclock this CPU stable.
