Im kinda broke right now cuz my whole set gaming pc+monitor+keyboard+ headset costed around 2800$ so that's why i asked for something cheap, my Graphics card costed 400€ that's +500$ so i wont get a new one, then i can better buy a new case

I have the Club8GB D5 X R9 390 Royal Queen gpu but it doesn't fit in my Zalman Z11 plus case and the case is very hard But i dont have the right tools to get the blockade out. Any solution/cheap tools to cut steel or so?
