**SOLVED** It was a physical problem with the mouse. I have bought a new one since the retailer couldn´t find anything wrong with the old one. The new mouse of the same make and model I bought works perfectly.

From what I can tell the sound on the motherboard wasn´t as good as on the soundcard but there isn´t much of a difference. The software Sound Blaster Cinema 2 was crappy though in my opinion. I don´t have any problems with the sound now so I will keep using the built in sound.
