So yesterday my pc crashed during a game, when I booted it back up I encounterd a black screen with crossair, I could allso open the task manager. After looking for a solution online lot's of folks said typing "regedit" or "explorer.exe" should fix it; but it just made my cpu power go up to 100%...

It is not the physical key for sure, tried more then 1 keyboard, and the only thing that fixes it is restarting the computer. I tried a sfc /scannow too
