I can experiment with just using hdmi instead of display port and try your method Fagetti

The best combination so far has been the G-sync with V-sync on in game. However i still have screen stuttering consistently and FPS would be capped at 60 .

Its connected through both hdmi and the display port, and yes I followed the instructions. I had Vsync on as well and still the screen felt shaky. (Best way I can describe it)

Alright guys so i already ran into a speed bump trying to unscrew the heatsink for the ssd. I cannot unscrew the bolt holding it place for the life of me. I tried every screwdriver I own and its not working. Any idea on how I should attack the problem.

Will I have to purchase a Displayport cable speretaly or will it come with the monitor. Also do you guys think I will be able to play on the 60 HZ monitor while I wait for the other to come in?
