I have a Sapphire r9 380 and using a q8300 and getting crap fps in GTA V. I think it could be drivers because I keep getting driver crashes. The r9 380 is more equivalent to an r9 285 so it should have better performance than your r7 260x. Are you using the 4gb or 2gb version? If you got 2gb...
