    Question Computer Audio Setup Question

I have a pair of speakers + a center channel speaker for my computer. Neither are powered and so both have amplifiers, which are then connected to the PC. My question is, the center channel doesn't work when plugged into the center channel port (orange port). It does work when plugged into the...

Question Desktop Audio Setup Additions - Questions

I have a pair of Micca RB42 speakers for my PC that are powered by a stereo amplifier, to the green audio port. I'm wondering, if I wanted to add a center channel speaker, a Micca RB42-C, powered by a second, mono amplifier, would it be as simple as plugging the line-in from the amplifier to the...

Question 4070 Ti and an ATX 2.0 PSU ?

I think that's because it was the only card out at the time, but I don't see why it wouldn't still occur with the other cards if the cable isn't seated properly. The PSU he linked to has a natural 12vhp cable connector on it though.

Question Questions About Using Bookshelf Speakers with Desktop

Okay, as I wouldn't need the Bluetooth functionality, would this be a better choice of amp: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B08MJBG53V/ref=emc_b_5_i and once I have the amp, what's the proper way to hook it up to the mobo?

Question Questions About Using Bookshelf Speakers with Desktop

I was interested in getting these speakers to use with my computer because I have heard good things about them, but they aren't powered. I was wondering how this would work with a desktop? My motherboard is an ASRock Z790 Steel Legend Wifi.

Question 4070 Ti and an ATX 2.0 PSU ?

Kind of a late response, but seeing as no one replied, yes, that PSU is good and the 850w one is fine for a 4070.

Question 4070 Ti and an ATX 2.0 PSU ?

It depends how much you can afford and how much you care. The adapters for 12VHP work just fine, you just need to make sure you are putting it in all the way into the card. It does seem to be like it's going to be the new standard for all nVidia's new cards in the future. While it doesn't really...

Question What Motherboard should I get with these parts?

I would get something with better power phasing for that CPU - you'd want a board with 16-1-2 minimum, but preferably a 20 phase one. Gigabyte boards tend to have the best power phasing for the price, but MSI/RoG Strix also have some good choices at higher price points . Optimal power phasing...

Question Is Firefox Supposed to Use This Much Memory?

No, like in the Firefox settings. General category on the left, then when you scroll to the bottom, third from the bottom is the Performance heading.

Question How do I throttle my GPU to 100%?

Run CineBench or 3DMark, that'll do it :) Have you overclocked it? Throw up the voltage and clock speeds to get more out of it (in the reverse order of that, though .. add voltage to satisfy the higher clock speeds needs ofc until it's stable or it just produces unnecessary heat). MSI...

Question Is Firefox Supposed to Use This Much Memory?

I noticed an option in the general settings under performance that reads: use recommended performance settings. When I unchecked it, mine went down to 1GB, too. It also dropped the CPU load by 20% and the temp by 14 degrees. The description says it will tailor it to your operating system &...

Question 4070 Ti and an ATX 2.0 PSU ?

Hi, I just wanted to make sure you aren't talking about the issue with the 12 volt high power adapter, which has been resolved by the Youtube Channel Gamer's Nexus and confirmed by nVidia. If that's your concern, then worry not, because it was due to user error that the adapters were catching...
