PC resolved. Called my IT friend over and we took the PC apart. Turns out the pins on the CPU were a little bent (and I didn't notice), so the motherboard couldn't even turn on without it. PC has been running fine now after adjusting it and fitting in the AM4 socket!

He used some kind of multimeter to check the current being delivered to the motherboard, connecting both the 8-Pin and 20+4-Pin to it. There were both of these sockets into the multimeter-thingy, so he could check it. Everything was being delivered as it should

I'm using the Ryzen Balanced Plan on my stuff. Hibernate was disabled already; Sleep was disabled already; Plugged In was activated. I changed it to Important Wake Timers Only; and I don't have the 'Enable Wake Timers' On Battery. Only the Hybrid Sleep mode, which was activated and I set it to off.

Fastboot was already disabled when I went into BIOS. I guess it's more of a GPU issue. Will only be able to fix it when I purchase a new one in the near future xD

I meant only the gpu power cable. I have to switch them every now and then when this happens
