    Also when i put my computer in safe mode the internet works perfectly

    Yes other computers get the internet, and my computer has the connection, the program doesn't work - and by the name program i mean the actual internet on my computer, not chrome or ie, also it is shown in the task manager that its loading

    When i press on the icon it lights up as if its just about to open but then it just stops loading. In task manager it is shown as working or loading, not sure. I tried different platforms (google chrome, internet explore) still doesn't open. I am connected.
