My friend had a similar problem the other night, would it be possible for you to connect a different psu to only the mobo, hdd & gpu, everything else can be unplugged, then see if you get a picture?

Is there much dust kicking around in your case? Do you have integrated graphics on your mobo that you could try instead of your graphics card? I would've thought you should at least be able to get to the bios screen.

OP brought his computer to my house, it turned out the clicking noise was coming from his floppy drive. We removed the floppy drive to resolve the issue of annoying clicking.
