Helltech you are right I doubt I will be doing anything such as overclocking or flashing. Shrkbay sorry I don't understand, are you saying that given I wont be doing any of these things the 6950 performs 10% better than the 560Ti? Or if I am not going to do these things then the 560Ti is better?

shrkbay, dont have anything as of yet, I am getting the base setup as stated in OP then upgrading the graphics card. Probably gonna get a 19" monitor though, so something that looks crisp on that. I don't know 100% yet though.

Helltech, if I was going to get a 560 then, given that you have shown the benchmarks and it does pretty well, I don't really understand all the finer points listed when actually buying the card. So on these pages, taking price into account what would be the options to go for for either the 460...
