The cpu wouldn't work with the motherboard. Intel Core i7-3820 is a LGA2011. And your motherboard is LGA1155 motherboard.

The GTX 780 would be better in performance. But, you also need more budget and more power for the GTX 780. Two GTX 770 is good enough for gaming.
