I use an ITX sized SFF case which can't accommodate a graphics card. But I guess I could get something roomier.

Unfortunately it was second hand, allegedly tested. Clearly I was conned. I doubt I'll get my money back. Fortunately It wasn't much. I was in desperate and urgent need for an ITX board which would fit the case, and B450s are no longer easily found anyway. I got this within a couple of days...

I tried using the HDMI port on the DP monitor - connecting to the HDMI on the board, and no signal as well.

I don't see the splash screen when booting up when HDMI is the only cable plugged in. Tried different cables but no response. Seems I have a lemon of a board.

Tried reinstalling everything. Maybe something isn't being uninstalled cleanly. Second screen is not detected. Standard HDMI to HDMI cable, unbranded. I'll try switching the cable to something else and see if there is any improvement.

Sorry perhaps I've been unclear. I have no problem with the DP port. I have two displays. The one connected to the DP port works fine. The one connected to HDMI shows no response, whether the DP monitor is connected or no. Thanks for the links. Let me try another cable and update shortly.
