I have a budget of $70. Is there anyway I can get a surround sound gaming headset that would work well & efficiently with my new Asus Xonar sound card? (Preferably Wired) Thank you Would the sound card do the same thing as a DSS2? Would it make a stereo headset surround sound?

Can I put my old GPU and HDD into a new case w/ a new motherboard, CPU, & Audio card, and still have Windows 8 and my old games? Or would I still have Windows 8, and have to delete my games, and reconfigure it, or just get a whole new Windows 8?

I have a GTX 770, DO NOT SUGGEST OTHER CPUs OF DIFFERENT SOCKETS. Which CPU is best for a discrete GPU.

1 more thing... do you think an athlon or a phenom cpu for this PC that I have right now would be an improvement? I don't really have enough space for a new mobo, and would like to see if there are any good CPUs that fit in a FM2 socket.
