I want the trident ram 2400 but it has a 1.65 voltage, and pc partpicker says the voltage is too high for my motherboard. is there a way to overclock or do something to make it run at it's max potential?

So I have a little tighter budget, & so the deal is I only have one HDD that is in my current PC, and a whole bunch of parts coming in (w/ an OS), but no HDD. I can get another HDD in a month. but until then, can I partition the existing HDD and use it on the new PC for a month, and then clone...

Would the sound card do the same thing as a DSS2? Would it make a stereo headset surround sound?
Can I put my old GPU and HDD into a new case w/ a new motherboard, CPU, & Audio card, and still have Windows 8 and my old games? Or would I still have Windows 8, and have to delete my games, and reconfigure it, or just get a whole new Windows 8?
