I have solved the problem. The PSU was broken. Thank you all for helping.

I have tested all the connections. All looks right ... just the RAM is lighting up. I will get a other PSU later the day and try that.

No i did not. It just stopt working.

Hello! I have build a new system and it was working for a week but now it wont boot. When i try to boot my PC, just the RAM is lighting up. I have no boot display and no debug codes showing up on my mainboard. At first i thought my mainbord is broken and so i got a new one, from the same brand...

I found a video on Youtube with the same specs as mine and he was playing GTA 5 fine. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmR3GFqvekM ) His CPU is not at 100% all the time and his GPU is all the time over 90%.

Hey, I switched my GPU from a R9 280x to a MSI GTX 1080. I removed all the old drivers and installed the now ones. My CPU is in GTA 5 at 100% usage and my GPU is going up and down all the time. For example from 98% to 25% then to 40% then to 70% then to 15 % and so on. Sometimes it stayes on...
