One last thing... If I were to change the subnet mask from 255.255.255.0 to 255.255.252.0 would the 2 LAN be able to "talk" if they are currently 192.168.0.xxx and 192.168.1.xxx?

Thanks for the help! I got everything set up and now just have to get the VPN stuff working I have internet connectivity on both 192.161.0.xxx and 192.168.1.xxx subnets

So I should set the Netgear to say 192.168.1.10 and the gateway to the Cradlepoint IP 192.168.0.1?

Ok I will try thatl... If I were to connect it LAN to LAN, what would be the downside to that?
