I updated everything I could've updated but to no avail unfortunatly. Another HDMI cable also didn't help.

One thing I've noticed is when the laptop is booting it shows the Asus logo, the monitor doesn't flash it starts flashing after that, when Windows starts to boot.

Ok so I tried connecting the monitor with the adapter to another laptop, that worked fine, then did the same without the adapter which worked just as well. After that I tried connecting another monitor to my laptop with just HDMI without the adapter but it flashed exactly the same way.

Hi, my system recently started to have an issue. My monitor and sound randomly freeze and mouse and keyboard stop working. I would like to know if I'll have to look for a new system or if I can fix this somehow. Thanks for your help.
