I have been having problems with my new RX 480 and was wondering why. With my old card, I could run GTA 5 on low settings with about 30 fps. It is the exact same with my new card. Other games, such as Arma 3, I get about the same 30 fps on minimalistic settings. Specs: CPU: AMD FX-8150...
