Actually I know both WD and Seagate are good. And to add to that they both are aqvailaible at the same price, that's why I am not able to choose.

Okay if i reinstall windows which data will be affected. I use a ssd for windows and some other data and hdd for music movies and some games.

You should go with 2x4gb ram sticks. I will surely go with ssd than overclocking. But i think you will still need after market cooler even if You don't plan to overclock.
