    Does there is any visible difference b/w a monitor having 5ms Refresh rate and a one with 14ms

    I am confused in buying AOC I2080SWn and Lg 20MP48HB. Aoc has 5ms refresh rate and lg has 14ms but also lg have an hdmi port while there's only Vga port available in Aoc. My price range is 6500 Rs plz tell me that is there any big difference b/w 5ms and 14ms refresh rate?
