    Separate OS drive benefits?

    Having one drive certainly simplifies things, and it can always be partitioned if you want a stricter organization scheme, negating some of the difficulties that come from reinstalling the operating system.

    Tom's Hardware Steam Giveaway - Civilization VI!

    Civ IV was my first Civ, and my favorite so far. A lot of depth, and the expansions were great. Looking forward to trying out Civ VI, it seems to be taking some lessons from Endless Legend, another game I really enjoy.

    Will this build run 1440p 144hz well?

    It'll definitely drive it, you won't always get 144 fps to match the refresh rate, but it'll do well. Yeah, you start to see a lot of diminishing returns with the 950 Pro, might want to go with a slightly cheaper M.2 option. Your call though. I have one myself and it is lightning fast.

    I doubt it. The performance gains from Haswell to Skylake are pretty minimal, especially if your focus is on gaming.     Well, it really depends on which hype you're referring to, but early results look promising. Matching or at least coming close to Haswell IPC will be a huge step forward for AMD. But ultimately I think it will all come down to pricing. If they can price out an aggressive enough...
