as jdcranke07 said the best way to speed up load times (and the system in general) is using a SSD. But be careful about raid0! It speeds up the disk access but it's easier that your disks will fail. The reason is that it builds a "virtual" hdd with 2 disks, but if any of them fails you lose ALL...
