Hello. I have tested both Ethernet and Wi-Fi, and they are both are getting consistent timeouts which I will post. I need help seeing if it is maybe a problem on my ISP's end. I recently got this Ethernet cord and it was working fine for a week, but then all of a sudden this problem started...

I do not have much knowledge of how it works, but I just want to know if its possible... Would I need to buy a fan? would it even allow me in the first place? I hope I got my question across :) Thanks for reading.

I am mostly using my current pc to play games like Overwatch and Counterstrike. It always says the frames are like 60-100., but there are those slightly moments it sees to kinda get stuck just for like half a second... I was wondering how much this would reduce the bottle necking if I upgraded...
