Alright, finally manged to swap it. After swapping it into another PC, and installing the drivers, the squares immediately appear again (and as expected, the other GPU doesn't have the squares). Looks like I will be RMAing it. Thanks for all the help again!

It looks normal on the device manager, simply NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, with no yellow triangle. I will swap GPUs with another PC and see what it does.
